BOLD FEARLESS LEADERSHIP
As a Firefighter, Steve Redmer’s life has been one of service, sacrifice, and dedication to the citizens of Baltimore County. As Delegate, Steve will continue to serve his neighbors and fellow citizens, bringing his values of integrity, courage, and determination to Annapolis, where those values are needed now more than ever.
Steve Redmer is running for House of Delegates in District 7-A to serve the citizens of northeast Baltimore County. Steve is not a career politician—he’s a firefighter, a husband, a father, and a life-long resident of the 7th district.
Steve was raised in Perry Hall and currently resides in Kingsville with his wife and son as well as their dogs, cats, and chickens. Steve’s wife, Brooke, is a board certified physician assistant holding various positions within MedStar Health. His son, Steven Jr., is a freshman at Perry Hall High School and a cadet at Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company.
A current lieutenant in the Baltimore County Fire Department, Steve’s candidacy is a natural continuation of his years of dedicated public service. His service to the community began when he joined the Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company as a teenager, and it has included numerous community and charitable endeavors. Steve has been honored with a number of firefighting, service, and community awards, including the Higgins and Langley International Memorial Award and multiple departmental commendations.
Steve is running for State Delegate to take his leadership, integrity, and problem-solving skills to Annapolis and to continue serving the citizens of Baltimore County.
